I really liked the room. We had booked a triple room, and it had two single beds and an additional one. It had a sofa, a desk, and all the breakfast amenities. There was a large window with a beautiful view. The room featured a spacious and well-maintained bathroom, and every day there was a change of towels, bed sheets, and daily room cleaning. They provided us with 3 cards for room access, corresponding to the number of occupants. Since we initially booked for 2 days for two people, when we wanted to extend the reservation but only for the same number of guests, they didn’t move us to a new reservation we made through the app to a new room, which saved us from any inconvenience. We hadn’t booked accommodation with breakfast included, but there was a kiosk at the reception with coffee and snacks at a very reasonable price. Also, it was very close to the centre. Outside of the hotel there was a bus station and also taxi stand. Additionally, we asked the reception to wake us up in the morning for our airport transfer and to call a taxi for us, which I really appreciated.

The location was very good, the main train station was a few mins by bus on one side and the city centre was 10 mins away by walking on another side. The staff were quite friendly and helpful, and acknowledged our request to change the room with a better view. The breakfast was great with a lot of options for bread, eggs, vegetables, fruits, cereals, juice, etc. The rooftop swimming pool was calm and had beautiful views. Late night restaurants with pizza, lasagna, kebab were also easy nearby.

Very comfortable, spacious room with a very large bed as well as a sofa and table. Staff were friendly and spoke good English. There were tea and coffee making facilities in the room. For UK readers I would say it is up to at least Premier Inn standards. The hotel is about 15-20 minutes walk into the centre. We found it to be good value for money.

Room was spacious. Had excellent air conditioning, kettle and bathroom was a good size with a bath and a shower. Bed was very comfortable. We didn't eat in the hotel but the restaurant/caferteria looked good and was well equipped and the buffet for breakfast looked lovely. A great variety of choice. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Carolyn

Pool and hotel were clean and neat and apart from the minor negative point about one of the staff, the staff were very friendly The breakfast and restaurant were very good, the chef was even replenishing the breakfasts food with 5 minutes to close if the service. Overall a lovely hotel for exploring Granada.
